Our goal when first meeting a client is to understand them – what are their needs, what are their desires, what is important to them throughout the transaction, how can we achieve their goals together, and most importantly, are we a good fit?
Since we truly believe in always doing what is best for our clients, we will always give unfiltered, honest advice and strategy, which sometimes may be completely out of the ordinary from other advice they may receive.
This is a crucial point in our relationship – if we cannot be as forthright as we can, we are doing a disservice to you as our client.

How We Work
Since getting to know our clients and their needs are the number one priority for us, how we work may be different from what others are used to.
We typically like to start off with a preliminary meeting – no paperwork, no obligations, no business talk.
Just a simple walkthrough with the client, where we, as the agents, get to see the property, and you, as the client, get to know us.
Getting to understand you as the client, your goals and timelines, and how you are as the unique individual(s) you are allows us to create a strategy and workflow that suits you and your lifestyle, which creates the boutique approach clients love us for.
The Process
Following the initial walkthrough and getting to know each other, the exciting part begins: how are we realizing your real estate dreams, and what does the timeline look like from A to B?
Typically, it starts with getting your home ready for sale.
Once we’ve seen the property, we create a report based on recent comparable sales, current listings, and recently expired listings that allow us to accurately market your property within the current landscape of your “micro” market.
Clients often ask in our initial meetings how we’re able to sell homes for as much as we do, as quickly as we do, and we find that aligning on this portion of the process is the most important.
Planning
We then sit down together to discuss this report, your thoughts, and what we need to do with the property to bring it to a level that stands out above the other properties you’re in competition with.

As part of our top-level of client care, we invest in the best for properties we are fortunate to represent, and always use vendors that align with our values – working with the client and their lifestyle while still operating at an extremely high level.
Presentation
Not only do we take great pride in our pricing and analytical process, we take pride in presentation as well; appropriately staging the property, best-in-class, award-winning photography and videography, and print marketing that has other agents calling us asking who made them for us (hint: we make it ourselves).
Every little detail matters to us, and we do our very best to treat each property as if it were our own – and it shows in the results.
